Rooftop area was nice and clean housekeeper maya cleaned our rooms very nicely. Lovely housekeeping manager she was very accommodating and the night team members.
However had a few issues amongst our stay which let the hotel down with the room and policies that was not advertised

Location and ease of checkin and out
Only issue was my bed mattress it was faulty and made my nights very uncomfortable

Stayed before but room much smaller. Bigger room okay but still not great for money. Staff are amazing. So kind and helpful.. Able to store luggage on arrival as flight was early and room wasn't ready.
Didn't like room cleaning in the afternoon and some towels were a bit past their best.

Closeness to the central area. Pretty cheap for being on the area. Quite area.
The "balcony" is only 5 cm big.
