Staff were friendly and helpful. Would have scored higher but one on the gentlemen on the desk was quite surly.
We arrived in the morning and they had already made up our room which was great after flying through the night.
The only issue is that Harlem is so far away. Wasn’t happy traveling on the subway late at night

The setup of the hotel over the Appolo theatre and having a fifth floor lobby was unique, the food at the Victoria restaurant was amazing, the staff were helpful and polite. The room space and setup were just right, the bathroom/ wardrobe combination was different. I loved the hotel!
There was no fridge in the room, house keeping can be improved in terms of overall cleaning of the room and changing linens, limited capacity of the restaurant

I liked the atmosphere. Especially the Rooftop Bar. The staff was extremely accommodating. The food was good. And lastly the Jazz ensemble was great!
I didn't like the fact that my "In room " breakfast was delivered in "to go " boxes, and delivered to my room in a paper shopping bag, as if I ordered from Uber Eats. That's not the experience I was expecting.

Location was great with transport links. The bed was comfortable and a good sized room.
The windows don't block out noise - so was really hard to get a good nights sleep. But you couldn't share this as the bathroom was totally open.
