The apartment was spacious and well equipped. It was located a short bus ride from the city centre - we purchased a day bus pass covering multiple bus rides which only cost £4.90. The bus stop is less than 5 mins from the apartment. The host was quick to reply to our query (if you can't find the remote control, check inside the sofa bed!). All in all, it is a good property.
The sound proofing between the main bedroom and the flat above needs improvement as people can clearly be heard walking/running around and, for us, this happened late at night and then very early in the morning which affected our sleep. Perhaps we were unlucky with the residents above for our weekend.
In the communal foyer and stairs of the apartments, you can hear people talking as though they are in the room which is weird because the front door is so thick! We added the oven gloves to the washing pile as it was quite dirty and we could not use them.
The front room would benefit from a blind as you feel exposed if the curtains are open.
The shower attached to the main bedroom needs attention as the hand held shower head was screeching/whistling and only the rain shower could be used which was not good if you were not wanting to wash your hair.

Boys enjoyed having Netflix and Dysney+ in the tv. Clean, well maintained and well equipped apartment.
Nothing that we didn't like. But would suggest to have a fan for the living room as well. Also would be useful to have a knife sharpener in the kitchen.
