I like everything about the hotel!
Location - excellent! the tourist street Three Lanes and Seven Alleys Fuzhou is just 2 roads away and we are surrounded by connecting malls. we were going back too and fro to hotel just to offload and recharge and reset!
Staff - Service was the highlight here! They were so attentive, prompt and caring! They been helping with my endless parcels, talking to the courier guy, helping to ship things locally, give advices to nearerst medical facilities and they remembered our needs!
Breakfast - i didn't purchase the breakfast package but they offered me a good deal at RMB248 for 5 days for 3 pax! The spread was definately worth the money with the lao mian that comes with all sorts of fishballs that tourist need to try. The restaurant was also available throughout so we used it to eat our snacks, chit chat and even buy food back to join their supper (offered free porridge and preserved veges).
Cleanliness - staff is very attentive and checked patiently if i needed housekeeping. Always ready and on standby!
Amenities - The laundry room is so clean and convenient! The staff helps to hang washed dried clothes at our door if we put a note at the dryer. Its so smart that the TV also detect available machines so we don't need to make waste trips. I like their little robot that works very hard delivering food and parcel.
Gifts - they even give little gifts at check-out. Offered to bring my stuff to car and give us lotsa drinks. Alot of value adding services

The location is fantastic, it’s close to everything. Right next to Dong Jie Kou and the Metro, walk across the street and it’s SangFangQiXiang. Daming street straight across and you can ride a bike to West Lake if you can’t be bothered to walk.
I’m surprised they only provided 1 sachet of sugar per room, perhaps give a few more. I asked for more sugar and the robot sent up one extra sachet! lol
