About this house rental
It’s all about the view at BLUE SKY RETREAT! The view is like no other you will find at Grand Lake. Just outside the huge windows and doors is a very large deck with a family room style area, a dining room area and a hot tub gathering area. From each spot the view is of main body of water!
From the main floor deck take 8 steps down and the ramp leading to the 3 slip Boat House. One slip is an indoor fishing well. Swim off the dock in tranquil waters inside the wave breaks. The second floor deck is another family room set up with an Eagle Eye view of all the activities. The home has floor to ceiling windows in several rooms which allows you to sit in a cool inside seating area and not miss the amazing view of the water and boats going by. The 5 bedroom 3 full bath home is very accommodating for families. We live in this home full time so we only rent when we are on vacation so it’s fully stocked. Also Ilove flowers so you go out on the deck and you definitely feel like you are on vacation! We have an outside “drink room” with 2 refrigerators to store your beverages. Our Home is perfect for your Retreat and we feel It’s too amazing not to share!

We brought our best friends, our adult children & new grandson for a long weekend. The house was perfect. Spacious rooms, nursery, fully stocked kitchen, clean hot tub, they thought of everything! The decks had plenty of seating with incredible views. The guys played golf at 3 nearby courses. The only negative was the wind off the lake was crazy this weekend & it white capped so we couldn’t enjoy being outside as long as we wanted to be. We would definitely stay here again when it’s warmer!

The host was the most welcoming of any home we have ever stayed with VRBO, and the most accommodating, hands down! She communicated so well, made sure we had everything we needed. The view was incredible from all angles, such amazing views of the lake!! Cozy home with a well-stocked kitchen, cozy seating, large dining table, highchair, baby items, clean and neat. Great fishing dock! HIGHLY recommend this home for a large family with lots of room to spread out! 10 minutes from the grocery store, 30 minutes the Shangri La Resort.

Margarett was the best host! the house is amazing, from the high quality mattresses, to the awesome smoker, the house was clean and up to date, with all the amenities you could want! Great Hot tub, Great fishing, Great views, Great Lake, overall great property, and owners, and house!!!5 stars for this one !
