About this house rental
Step back in time to this 1960's MCM dream home! This home has been carefully curated with period specific antiques and modern replicas. Built in 1961 this beautiful Atomic Ranch house had only one owner until 2022. The new owner's vision was to restore it to its original glory and change as little as possible. There are vintage magazines and board games, art and so many cool little touches throughout the home. Additionally, there are modern luxuries such as two large screen TV's, DOHM white noise machines in both bedrooms, Nectar mattresses and vintage inspired small appliances, including a bluetooth speaker with AM/FM radio.
The property is located less than 5 minutes from Whole Foods and all that Quarry Market has to offer (shops, restaurants, movie theater, Sunday Farmer's Market), 6 minutes to Trader Joe's & 3 minutes to HEB, 9 minutes to the River Walk, 9 minutes to the Alamo, 8 minutes to San Antonio Zoo, 6 minutes to the SA International Airport, 8 minutes to Trinity University, 10 to University of the Incarnate Word, around 20 minutes to UTSA, San Antonio College, St. Mary's and Our Lady of the Lake, 14 minutes to AT&T Center (Spurs Stadium), 9 minutes to the Alamodome, 5 minutes to the Quarry Golf course & 3 minutes to the San Pedro Driving Range, 23 minutes to Sea World and of course tons of super-close restaurants and shops.

It was decorated so uniquely. They paid attention to detail of the time period and had every thing needed. Direct contact with the renters. Close to activities and UIW.

Cute little gem. Location is absolutely a peach. If you are looking into few older neighborhoods and near to city center, this place is a must see. The place sets mood that we are not missing home much. We were very pleased with the immediate responses from the host. The responses were fast and detailed. Incase if we rent again, we will be definitively looking at this place. Thank you Sarah very much for making our trip memorable.
