Tundrea Holiday Resort

Own privacy - alittle own cabit with kitchenette and double bed. Clean and nice are really friedly staff and breakfast concept was unusually good. Restaurant had great many and the food quality and serice was extremely friedly, helpful and flexible. Checkin procedures were as simple as ever good be.

I could not tell. Maybe views could be better from room and restaurant but it did matter to used. we enjoyed fully our experience.

we loved our stay! the apartment was sparkling clean with wood for the fireplace. Small windows could be opened to control temperature a little. Staff were very kind and helped us with all our needs. We only stayed one night on a road trip and already want to come back:)

Tundrea is quite centrally located in Kilpisjarvi, within walkable distance to the market and petrol station, and right off the main thoroughfare. The cabins/apartments appear to be newer in construction, and are furnished with all the amenities and appliances required for a comfortable family stay. The apartment that we stayed had the living room on the lower floor, and bedroom/beds on the upper floor, providing a certain amount of privacy. The entire apartment, furniture, and linens were clean, and well-maintained. The best part in the apartment was the private sauna. After doing typical daytime excursions, such as snowmobiling, trekking over snow/ice, relaxing in the sauna was an incredible experience.

Temperature is entirely controlled centrally at the front desk, and not from within the apartment. We do not prefer too hot a temperature even in winter, and made it a bit uncomfortable during the nights. The other improvement is a curtain/blinds for all the window(s).
