Nestled in Penticton, this attractive condo for $167 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. *BC Compliant Listing* Welcome to our centrally located Penticton condo! Ride bikes (2 included) down the KVR trail to the beach and wineries. Relax on the patio and fire up the BBQ. A 15 minute walk brings you to downtown’s great restaurants, breweries and the Okanagan Lake. Sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds, blackout shades, air conditioning and large ceiling fans plus a sofa bed in the living room. The unit has cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, & free parking. Pets must be added to your reservation. Recently renovated & professional cleaned for each guest. Bikes are included after signing a liability waiver (bring your own helmets!) Enjoy all the amenities we have to offer. Sofa bed, BBQ, dining table, gigabit internet, 55 inch 4K TV, cable TV with sports package, board games and so much more! We strive to make your stay pleasant and relaxing. Guests have access to the living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, patio and yard. The unit is part of a 4-plex apartment building. Separate entry and designated parking makes for easy access, with free street parking available for extra vehicles. Apex Mountian is a 40 minute drive away for those seeking winter thrills and beautiful summer hikes. Grocery and liquor stores are a quick 5 minute walk away. The apartment had everything we needed; clean and in good condition. Not much in the way of outside amenities, but the barbeque on the deck worked fine. We used the bikes; one of them should have an adjustment done to the front brakes, but we managed okay.

Quiet neighborhood. Nice property. Convenient location. Included bikes were perfect for getting us to/from Skaha Lake park with zero parking hassle. Would definitely stay here again.
