This cozy holiday home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a quiet holiday home area near Nyrup town. It offers a comfortable and practical interior, perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. The open kitchen is connected to the living room, which has a wood-burning stove and TV, creating a warm and inviting place to gather after a day of sightseeing or beach activities. TV can be streamed through the house Google Chromecast. From the living room you can step out onto the partially covered terrace, furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue, ideal for enjoying sunny days or cozy evenings outdoors. The property is just a five-minute walk from the sandy beach, making it easy to enjoy swimming, sunbathing and walks by the sea. The town center of Nykøbing Sjælland with its shops and restaurants is also just a short walk away, offering convenience and tranquility. For further activities, the house is approximately 10 minutes' drive from Sommerland Sjælland, a family-friendly amusement park, as well as a golf course and the town of Rørvig, which offers plenty of opportunities for day trips and entertainment. This charming holiday home combines comfort, practical facilities and a peaceful location for an ideal holiday experience. Youth groups are not allowed.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
