The location made it very good

The location was excellent

The window cleaner coming at 6.30 am in the morning and the bottle bins being emptied at 7 am the next morning

A top quality apartment in an excellent location.

The location of the apartment very much in the centre of Harrogate was excellent with private car parking on the door step. The apartment was of the highest standard with excellent bedrooms and bathrooms. The lounge/kitchen area was bright and sunny and comprehensively equipped. The WiFi and smart TV were excellent.

A minor niggle was in the guest guidance pack provided in advance which had various references over several dense pages of information to the series of codes required for entry to the building by front and back doors, then from the landing into the the apartment corridor before he finac code to open the key box for the apartment door. I would have found it helpful to have a table summarising listing clearly codes for front and rear door entry. Not a major issue but helpfulm for some of us befuddled oldies!

Excellent apartment, fantastic location but poor experience with the management group.

The description giving on booking.com was incorrect. We were expecting separate beds for 4 of us as offered on booking.com. The description has now been changed. Found the initial discussion around this issue with the management agency unsatisfactory. The staff member was abrupt and suggested we had misread the information. There was no attempt to recognise the issue and resolve it. After sending them screen prints of the inaccurate bedding information, a different member of staff rang and they organised an extra camp bed for the apartment. Whilst the gesture was appreciated the bed wasn't fit for purpose.

Lovely apartment in the centre of Harrogate Was tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable We loved staying here and will be back

Spacious, close to the centre but wouldn’t recommend to a family with children in the summer.

The property was close to Harrogate town centre. The apartment was spacious.

It was 38 degrees in the apartment all weekend. For the price we payed and the forecast for the weekend being so hot there could have been a fan available to use.

Superb

Lovely Apartment in a Central Location of Harrogate. Free Car Park for 1 vehicle which is a real bonus Everyone at Nightspace were really lovely to speak to on the phone when we had any queries.

Parking Permit not in Welcome Pack as promised so had to phone company on arrival at 9pm in the evening to sort out . Hair Dryer not working in the property but we had brought our own so that was lucky Apartment could get very warm in hot weather.

A comfortable stay in a lovely town.

It’s a nice spacious flat and all the windows help to make it feel nice and airy. The location is central which meant it was easy to walk around Harrogate and explore all that the area has to offer. The main bedroom has an en-suite which was a great addition. We appreciated the fans during the warmer weather. We got our parking space no problem & although the parking permit was not left in the Welcome Pack folder, we had good communication from Nightspace regarding this.

central situation easy access to all areas

it is really central and well situated. it is great to have a car park space although challenging to get in and out during the day.

the living room furniture is not very comfortable and the dining table is marked with a peeling top.

Very good

A spacious 2 bed apartments.Comfortably furnished and clean. Centrally located to enjoy harrogate.Also being dog friendly and being close to the park was an added bonus.

The table in the living area definitely needs replacing it lets the room down. Sticking bathroom door a nuisance Also all the security doors except the back door where constantly open.Often you found the back door propped open with a brick!

A beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment in a central location.

This review is for Spa Apartment which is by the same company. Our booking was moved to this apartment. The communication with the company was excellent. This was a great location with a parking place available.

The only thing that was a slight imperfection was the shower pressure was a bit low.

The location is spot on

Bedroom carpet needed a good clean also broken shower head in the en suite. Held in with cardboard. Very cold took a few hours to warm up. It's a lifeless apartment

Perfect location, lovely large and comfortable apartment

The apartment is large, spacious and airy whilst also looking exactly like the pictures (which isn't always the case). The beds were very comfortable, the apartment well stocked and the parking permit very helpful. The location is fantastic, near to lovely bars and restaurants as well as shops, the famous Bettys and the Turkish baths. The welcome pack/information was very useful especially the recommended restaurants. The instructions to find the building, apartment and parking were very clear and easy to follow. A fantastic place would very much recommend!

Great kitchen facilities, overall well maintained.

It was really hot and there's no air conditioning or fan (only one with a broken plug in cupboard). The beds were also not very comfortable .

Lovely quiet spacious apartment in central Harrogate

Lovely apartment, comfortable and clean. Very central location, easy to walk to centre of Harrogate, nice cafes and restaurants nearby.

No car parking permit in apartment as promised so paid for street parking overnight - however phonemail to office next day reassured us that we wouldn't be liable for fine if we parked in the designated space in the private carpark.
