This beautiful, completely remodeled 28 ft RV is spacious, comfortable & offers stunning views of the infamous Southern UT red rocks. It's large enough to sleep 3 comfortably w/ a queen bed & futon couch. Located in Leeds RV Park, you will have access to all amenities; laundry, public showers & bathrooms, fire pits, shady lawn areas, & a clubhouse stocked w/games. Just a 30 min drive to Zion Ntl Park or Snow Canyon State Park. 1 hr drive to Bryce Canyon + close to other nearby local attractions!

Everything was said as it was listed I did run into a couple of issues with the Internet and turning on the water for the shower, but the contact was really available and we took care of everything

Loved the camper, it was adorable and a nice little place to stay. However, my friend and I only got one hot shower the entire 5 day stay, hot water ran out and never came back. Wifi was very shoddy, several of the outlets didn’t work and there was a vent held together with duct tape that kept falling. Lastly, the fire pit wasn’t guaranteed (if there were campers we couldn’t use them and we had to find wood, which we couldn’t). Overall, affordable and pretty nice stay.
