Summary:
Welcome to Paradise. First floor ocean view 2-bed-2bath condo(Sleeps 6) with beach access nearby. 2 min walk to infinity pool overlooking the beach. Furry family members welcomed (pet friendly). Next to Hilton hotel and Resorts World Casino
The Space:
This first-floor two-bedroom, two-bath villa offers breathtaking views of the Bimini Blue Ocean. Every morning, watch the sun rise, then unwind in the evening and enjoy the breathtaking tropical sunsets of Bimini from your patio. This paradise is surrounded by sunlight in the second phase of the Bimini Bay neighborhood. There is a dining table and bar seating for family meals, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed, a sliding glass door leading to the patio, and an adjacent bathroom. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed and a twin bed, as well as a private bathroom. There is a pull-out couch in the living room area for additional sleeping space.
Guest Access:
The Bimini Bay neighborhood is peaceful and relaxing, but it is close to everything you need. The stunning, crystal-clear beach is just a short walk away, as is the Infinity Pool with a Poolside Bar & Grill. Our lovely home is just a few steps from the Resorts World Hilton, which has great restaurants, swimming pools, a sports bar and grill, a marina, and a casino. If you take a golf cart into the town, which is 8 minutes away, you'll find friendly Bahamians, shops, restaurants, markets, and a lot of history about Bimini. The Seaplane Dock and the Ferry Terminal are both within minutes.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the revered Resorts World/ Bimini Bay community is where you can find Seaview Estate.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around the island is by golf cart. Which can be rented through independent contractors. You can also roam the island via taxi services, which is $5 per person, or you can rent a bicycle.
Other Things to Note:
You have access to the beautiful infinity pool as well as the Hilton restaurants and Casinos. There is a resort fee should you desire to enjoy the Hilton pools or the Resorts World Beach Club. This can be purchased from the Hidden Treasure store at the Hilton hotel.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we plan to stay there again next summer. It is clean and the beds are super comfy! Location is perfect.
