About this house rental
Welcome to Summer Breeze! This 880 sq ft delightful home located in popular Sea Isle Subdivision is the perfect spot for families and fishermen/boaters alike.
This cozy home is located across the street from the park and close to the marina. The large fully covered deck is great for enjoying your morning coffee, or the evening breeze and you have a great view to watch the kids as they play at the park. You’ll love the open downstairs area for entertaining or grilling on the BBQ.
Full downstairs bath and outside shower.
Ice machine and downstairs refrigerator make grilling and partying easy.
Downstairs Bar access for the true party goer or griller.
The beach is only a few minutes away!
Ground Level: Parking for 4 vehicles; No Garage Access; Laundry room; ice machine; Additional outdoor bathroom and outside shower for quick rinsing from the beach.
Main Level: Open concept living room with TV. Covered deck with seating.
Subdivision Amenities: Sea Isle Community Pool is available by purchasing a $100 pool pass from Sea Isle Subdivision. There is also a public park (right across the street), tennis courts, picnic area pavilion, bait shop, convenience store and restaurant available.
Location: 2 minutes to the Beach; 17 mile drive to 61st Street; 20.1 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 16.3 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.
Notes: Although provided, WiFi access can be unreliable here on the West End of Galveston Island. We apologize, but we are unable to guarantee these amenities will be working during your stay and will be unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.

We had a wonderful stay and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. There was a generous gift basket left for us when we entered which isn’t something we’ve experienced in other rentals. Some amenities were not functional and unfortunately this did negatively impact our stay. The manager/owner did attempt to remedy the issues but in the end was not able to resolve all of the things not working. They were kind enough to send brownies to make up for the issues which was nice. They were dealing with some extenuating circumstances but not having a working washing machine at the beach when you packed expecting to have one was less than ideal. We would stay again when everything has been fixed and is working properly.

Loved our stay at Summer Breeze. Home was super clean. Well organized, well stocked, easy to check in. Comfortable beds. Great porch with really nice rocking Adirondack-style chairs that we enjoyed. Playground just across the street was awesome!

We will definitely be back. We loved the house, it was perfect and super clean. We just loved the neighborhood and rented a golf cart, which the whole family enjoyed. The teenagers found friends that they ran around with, while my husband and I relaxed on the porch. Definitely a 5 star stay.
