The location of the apartment was fantastic for the nearby beaches and the Harbour view was great. Unfortunately shortly after arriving and after a walk around the Harbour the apartment key broke in the lock and with all our belongings inside the apartment inc our car keys and so we couldn't get back in, i called the phone number on the booking and it turned out to be the apartment cleaner Victoria who could not have been more helpful even though she was having a family meal she sorted a locksmith and came to meet use to make sure we got in. She is a star and asset to the owners, i just hope they know that and appreciate her. Thank you Vicki
The vacuum, it sucked or rather didn't and the single bed mattresses do need replacing as u can feel the springs.

Lots of space,clean,good location,secure.
Parking is an issue,if like us you are on a motorcycle,as you have to display a parking permit in the windscreen of your vehicle,obviously not possible on a motorcycle.When told this information after booking I did message the owner asking what the situation was regarding our motorcycle but never had any reply.We ended up parking a short distance away,which to be fair was not too much hassle in the end.
The television in the apartment streamed via broad band,I think,and was pretty much unwatchable as it kept freezing and losing the picture.Ended up streaming from my phone.

The location was great. It was spacious and clean.
We were very disappointed we couldn't see out of the patio windows as they were all frosted /seal broken over so couldnt enjoy the view.
The security entrance was not secure as you could just push the door open. Which resulted in some local children entering the building as they knew it was open.
The lights in the main stair way didn't work.
I wish there was a washing up bowl.
The mirror hooked over the bedroom was really annoying every time you opened or closed the door it banged.
Couldn't work out which Internet to use.
We couldn't get the oven to work as you couldn't see any temperatures.
A welcome pack with information of how everything worked, local doctors, dentist, shops, restaurants etc would have been helpful.
