The location was great, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was passable. That is about it.
I cannot recommend this hotel, especially for families. Despite the property's rating, the rooms were uncomfortably small and lacked basic comforts, making it feel more akin to a backpacker's hostel. I took a chance on staying here and was completely let down. I will certainly not be staying at an Atour property again in the future.
