Really nice spacious rooms, staff were nice and the amenities were great like the free food in the evening and the laundry service! Highly recommend
Location was ok, and because cabs are very reasonable in Shanghai this was fine but wasn’t particularly walkable to or from.

Food & front desk service is excellent.
Noisy on the ground floor as all family room with children around.
Move us up to the higher floor but the other room guests is also very noisy. Talked loudly and came back late & bang the door
