The entire building is beautiful, the room was beyond our expectations.
The hotel downstairs was VERY GOOD.
Regarding the question about the staff - we didn't really meet them, so can't comment
It took us time to get adjusted at the room - there is no front desk and you enter into a furniture store. But once we got the idea, and met Jordan who sat on a sofa in the store, and assisted with the logistics - everything was wonderful.

We loved the ambiance. The room was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff at the bar in the restaurant were very accommodating and helped us get food on a later arrival where they were closing so we put in an out and brought our stuff up to the room and when we came back down we our food was waiting for us
Our only complaint was that there is no shade on the window so the light from the parking garage shined in making it hard to sleep

Wonderful building- Stock restaurant was excellent
Sound insulation was not great - we were awoken multiple times by outside noise and footsteps in the hallway; area rugs would insulate sound a bit; water bottles weren’t refilled & we had to go looking for water; bathroom didn’t have anywhere to place things
