We enjoyed the location close to eateries, a park for walking our dog, and enjoyed seeing such magnificent care of the old downtown buildings. We were only there for one night so it would be a place to come back to on other travels. The hotel is very well maintained and we loved the size of our room. Breakfast was filling and yummy.
The hotel itself was hard to get to inorder to check in due to part of the street being one way. We had to drive around several times to figure out how to park in the unloading area infront of the hotel.

Came here bc Hotel Roanoke was not pet friendly. Loved the balcony. Loved the front desk experience, even after being checked in via text.
The absolute only thing I missed was having a large magnifier mirror in the bathroom. So not a big deal. I loved the fluffy towels and the lotions and shampoos installed on the walls.

Breakfast was convenient.
The facility charged $521.71 instead of $500.42 per the reservation.
My husband arrived at 10 pm and had to ring the bell for a while before being able to get into the facility. The staff was half asleep.
He stayed in one room one night and did not feel well. He changed room. The second room was okay until he turned on the AC. We question the cleanliness of it air ventilation system.
