I loved the room It was very spacious.. I love the history of the building( architecture too) and the convenience to everything downtown.

The staff was lovely and the location was perfect. Walkable to everything, including Berglund Center. Windows didn’t have blinds which should be corrected.

We were in town for a wedding and it was our first time staying at a hotel in Roanoke. We’ll definitely be booking here again. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It appears the hotel is undergoing some renovations, so I’m sure it will be even better once the work is complete. The location is excellent, with coffee shops nearby and plenty of convenient parking. The staff was warm and welcoming, and we were even offered complimentary cold bottled water as soon as we checked in. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Checked into a fantastic room with an elevated ceiling and skylights that had blackout shades operated from a switch on the wall. High end finishes, very comfortable bed and linens. Location was walkable to everything we had planned and needed. Unloading zone by front door was great and found free weekend street parking steps from the entrance. Would definitely stay again.
