The apartment was well equipped and spacious. A true home from home. Greta location in a residential area so nice and quiet and within walking distance to all the holiday action
If I had to be super critical it would have been nice if there had been sun loungers to use around the pool. Or some sort of folding/reclining chairs you could take from the apartment down with you to use.

The accomodation location was ideal for access to the beach and to the old town. It had all the necessary things needed for our stay and was clean and orderly.
Firstly, we had issues with our check in. As part of checkin in with the hosts, a verificiation of documents is needed. When we tried to do this, for some reason the documents couldn't be processed. The issue was that we couldn't recieve the door passcode until we had a successful check in. With the site contining to show that there was error (despite all correct info being submitted several times), it was very stressful as I was worried we would arrive and still not have access. After googling the Lovely Stay website, the accom had a phone number, however this is manned by AI. Eventually I figured out that I had to say the key words 'speak to agent' in order for me to be put through to a real person, otherwise the AI just hangs up on you. I managed to speak to someone on the phone who told me they were having issues with this verification platform (why isn't this noted on the website/fixed?). She was helpful and asked me to share my documents via email instead. I did this, but heard nothing back. On the day of arrival, I emailed again as there still appeared an error message on my check in and only then was I informed that the verification had failed again (despite Lovely Stay managing it). I don't think I would have been told this if I hadn't asked. While I was in airport (we would be at the accom in less than 2 hours at this point still with no passcode) I was asked to contact the Whatsapp number (+351930643052 btw)and submit my documents once again. Only then was the issue resolved, and we got our codes. While it was resolved, the stay had started off with a lot of stress as we didn't know if we even had somewhere to stay that night.
Lastly, it isn't mentioned at check in but the accom has a key which is left in the apartment. To gain access at first, we were told to ring the doorbell and the door should open, however this didn't work and we had to wait for someone to leave the building in order for us to get in.
