Lovely location, brilliant host, clear directions and helpful handbook. The cottage itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated and appointed and absolutely sparkling clean everywhere. All the kitchen appliances and gadgets you could need plus a BBQ outside. There’s a lovely patio and garden area, it’s dog friendly, there’s an EV charging point and it was so quiet and peaceful. It had everything we could possibly want. A special mention for Ian who turned up the thermostat on the underfloor heating for us. One of our party is 93 and feels the cold these days - but not here it was super toasty! Highly recommended.

Country road to the cottage is very narrow, will be difficult to drive in winter due to darkness.

Lovely presented cottage, every need had been thought out in great detail and anything you could possibly need was there.
It was lovely and clean, nice and modern and communication with the owner was excellent. Will definitely stay again when next in the Ribble Valley

The location and surrounds were good. The site was well cared for and secure.
I think double bed was a small double ? 4’6” and very soft. Lounge sofas also too soft perhaps need an upgrade. Good job there were only 2 people using the accommodation and not 4 as it was meant for. Parking would have been tight if all properties on the site were fully occupied.
