This is the first time we stayed in a private apartment rather than on a tourist complex and had some reservations. We were astonished at the efforts made by the host to provide absolutely everything you could possibly need and so much more! It is a very clean, spacious apartment in a great location with a large supermarket and lovely restaurants nearby. The double bed was extremely comfortable (There appeared to be a sofa bed for 2 in the lounge area too which we didn't need). Apart from the fridge and kettle we didn't use the kitchen but again it had everything you could possibly need. The temperatures hit the mid 30's during our stay but the aircon meant the apartment was always comfortable. There is a lovely pool which felt like a private pool for most of our stay as there were very few people around! The beach and main centre are an easy, pleasant and short walk away. The town of Alvor, which we last visited 22 years ago, has thankfully retained it's lovely charm with lots of restaurants suitable for all tastes. We didn't have a bad or disappointing meal during our 10-day stay and we are real foodies! The beach is gorgeous, not crowded even when busy, with plenty of sunbeds if like us with our old creaky bones, you need that extra little bit of support/comfort. The balcony is small but you can get 2 chairs out onto it to enjoy the nice view and stunning sunsets! Our host kindly facilitated us dropping our suitcases in early on arrival and also a late departure. We could not have asked for more. Suitable for all ages. Hope to return again in the near future.

Apartamento muy cómodo con parking en la puerta. El pueblo de Alvor tiene todo lo que necesitas para una estancia perfecta; restaurantes, heladerias...sin el agobio del turismo masivo. Para llegar a la playa necesitas el coche, pero se aparca muy bien incluso en agosto.

Kényelmes, felszerelt, ingyen parkolás, szabad parkoló, a közelben éttermek és bolt.
Nem volt ilyen. Talán a tusfürdő hiánya.
