A FUIR, HONTEUX POUR BOOKING

Résidence proche du centre-ville. Garage au sous-sol.

Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons l'impression d'être dans une résidence de bailleur social, avec des voisins qui étendent leur linge sur les paliers, la musique pour tout le monde. L'appartement est au milieu de cette grande résidence, difficilement accessible a proximité en voiture (20m sous autorisation du régisseur qui est absent lors des arrivées). Le sous-traitant de l'agence est incapable de nous indiqué le garage en sous-sol ainsi que l'accès. Nous avons obtenus les clés de ce garage que le mardi après insistance et il a fallut chercher au milieu d'une centaine de garages quel était celui qui appartenait à l'appartement. En entrant dans l'appartement, nous avons été attiré par un sol collant, une pièce de vie sombre qui permettait de ne pas voir tout de suite les crottes de souris autour du meuble TV et même dans les étagères a couverts; ainsi que les casseroles et poêles endommagés, ce qui nous a obligés a acheter des casseroles. Il a fallut laver tout de suite le sol. La banquette et les coussins sont plein d'auréoles ainsi que le protège-matelas et le matelas lui-même, ce qui nous a obligé a acheter un protège-matelas. Le WC n'avait pas vu la couleur d'une brosse tellement le fond était noir. La clim fonctionne bien mais les filtres aussi n'avaient pas vu l'aspirateur. ENCRASSÉS=DANGER Pour continuer dans les DANGERS, que dire face a des prises et interrupteurs décrochés du mur. Pour se détendre, il y a la TV avec la moitié des chaines basiques accompagnée des bruits de meubles qui trainent des voisins de l'étage et de l'aspirateur plusieurs fois par jour. (ca doit être plus propre que celui-ci) et pendant que je regardai un programme, un petit locataire INTRUS passe devant les meubles. Il a fini le lendemain dans le piège a SOURIS. Mais, cette souris n'était pas seule puisqu'on a trouvé une 2ème souris dans un autre piège. Nous avons informés Booking a 2 reprises mais PAS de REPONSE.

ce n'est pas un hotel l'appartement est trés bien équipé

la logistique pour parvenir à l'appartement pas de stationnement prévu pour les arrivées un parking public toujours plein et à500 métres tout compris de l'appartement accés avec bagages à pieds DONT UNE MONTEE à l'intérieur du lagon de 350M UN GARAGE privé oui mais dans un labyrinthe en sous sol à N- 3 et UN GARAGE OU IL FAUT PLIER LES RETRO ET RENTRER COMME UN I DONC pas utilisé et c'était l'unique raison que j'avais choisi cette destination!!!!!! pour la sécurité voiture et pouvoir se déplacer et acéder sans encombre
