The location in centre ville is good. Emily who manages the hotel is very friendly and accommodating . We needed an early arrival.

Prima familie hotel. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel dat ook Engels spreekt! Mooi met smaak ingerichte kamer. Perfecte locatie in het historisch centrum van Roanne. De bedden lagen zalig. Mooi met mozaïek ingelegde trap. Enfin, wij werden vrolijk van het hotel.
Niets. Wellicht kunnen de prullenbakken een maatje groter. Maar dat is een detail.

Tutto. Personale super gentile e disponibile. Pulitissimo. Super curato sia come arredamento che come cura. Ascensore. Centralissimo. Aria condizionata… e tende pulitissime! E sono super pignola sulla pulizia! Uno dei migliori dove son stata.
Forse un cestino più grande e un ripiano nella doccia.
