Horrible hosts, probably scammers, they don’t answer their phone once you have booked. When you book elsewhere they will refuse to give you your money back. I had to go through all sorts of channels to get a refund. I would avoid any property that’s looked after by the agents who look after this one.

I was there to visit a friend. The hotel is very well located near the sea and shops for the price it is perfect. The room is good and comfortable with a kettle and a microwave. The hotel is quiet. Thanks to the host Millie, very helpful and welcoming. I recommend !

Deposit demanded at property of £300 and still not returned 3 weeks later into my account. Still chasing everyone for answers.

Dirty…..not as advertised, facilities not as advertised

On arrival on Friday after being down graded the day before we arrived, we were horrified to find one large room for us all to sleep in as the folding door which separates the room was sealed shut on the left hand side. On trying to open the partition we were mortified by the dirt and grime found around the room. There was no private entrance in fact we were place right by the front door which was in continuous use all hours of the night banging and having people run up and down the stairs and people shouting from the street. The appartment is not soundproof and made us all feel very unsafe as the doors rattled every time one of the many doors near the entrance opened. The private bathroom has blood splatted up the wall opposite which you sit to use the bathroom and we felt unsafe to use at night until checking that we couldn't hear anyone around and running backwards and forwards. We had to put up with this as we needed to stay for our marathon runner. Getting details before arrive was like pulling teeth as it was all poorly organised and run! We have to message and push the people who run this to find the details out while traveling down.

Nous sommes arrivés comme prévu entre 17h et 18h et dc personne pour nous accueillir. Il pleut, nous n'avons pas les codes nous contactons dc (je) le gérant. Là on nous dit qu'il faut les copies des ids et une caution de 300 euros. Mes enfants étaient ko, il pleuvait bcp j'ai dc cédé à leurs exigences farfelues. Nous avons enfin les codes et parvenons à entrer. Nous nous dirigeons dc vers le numéro de porte indiqué et là surprise! L'appartement de 55 m2 avec cheminée et balcon était en fait une chambre avec 4 lits et un petit coin "cuisine". Une porte communicante avec la chambre d'à côté, pas du tout insonorisée et on pouvait entendre le moindre bruit venant de cette chambre habitée par trois hommes déjà alcoolisés. J'ai essayé d'obtenir l'appartement payé mais on m'a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de solution et d'envoyer mes plaintes au managment. Nous décidons dc d'aller faire un tour à Brighton pour manger et visiter et rentrons vers 21h. La télé sans télécommande n'étant pas utilisable, on se dit que si on dort tôt on partira plus vite de cet endroit. Car en effet, on savait que les trois mecs allaient rentrés en faisant du bruit. Je précise aussi que vu l'état des sanitaires on n'a pas voulu prendre de douche et notre porte d'entrée de chambre ne nous rassurait pas du tout. Nous nous couchons dc vers 21h40 et ... impossible de dormir malgré la fatigue. En effet, la fenêtre de la chambre donne sur une cour intérieur et on a eu la chance d'entendre comme si on y était la soirée chantante des filles d'en dessous. Quand enfin elles daignent se calmer, il est minuit passé et les voisin rentrent. Bruyants et fumant du cannabis. La fumée rentre dans la chambre. Bref, une horreur mes enfants étaient à bout, épuisés, apeurés et préférant dormir ds la voiture ... c'est une honte, très déçus, heureusement qu'on y passait qu'ne nuit !

The only good thing was that my bedding was clean and it’s along the seafront.

Mould everywhere, not clean, impossible to contact staff, no pillowcase on my pillow, room smelled of fags, bowls were used as ash trays and not cleaned out before we got there. Floor in room was visibly not cleaned.
