Good location. Clean, spacious, friendly staff at the reception, nice and quiet place. Option to rent beach beds for free and bikes for a few hours a day.
Very small and too soft bed. No airconditioning (we did not need that but can imagine in summer you do).

Location is good, stuff was really friendly)
Apparent has no conditioning, if you want to have one , you need to book at the main building only ! Others don’t have it, apparent was old and kind of dirty,

Great location ,5 minutes walk to centre, restaurants and supermarket near . Near lake Como
I am still waiting for the returning of my 25€ refering to the collective damage waiver

Laundry machine, and kitchen plus tv inside
It should have AC already installed insight, it is practically not possible to survive without AC. The apartment has old broken sofa and was very dirty. Lots of things has changed last few years.
