The location was excellent, it met our needs. They provided 2 electric converters.The kitchen worked well.Lots of tea available.
Communication with the owners was nonexistent other than pre-prepared standard messages. I tried to reach them numerous times ahead to check on early check-in or luggage drop off and they never replied at all. We used Bounce for luggage which worked out well though. The couch was very low and soft which was hard to get up from. We had difficultly finding the house in the beginning since it was back an alley. No blow dryer for your hair.

It was a great space to stay especially when you aren’t in the house all day and coming back somewhere to chill and sleep, the faculties were great and was spacious
I think the parking was the worse part as we couldn’t park anywhere due to people’s cars just not moving from any space, so we had to park 6 minutes away. I would say also the stairs were pretty steep and the floor was very creeky

Pretty good location - about a 12 minute walk into Windsor
1. It is not stunning
2. It is very average
3. All a bit worn and tired - it just needs tarting up lots - especially as it’s sold as ‘stunning’
