Everything about the Villa was absolutely stunning and in particular I want to acknowledge Komang for her incredible care and service, helping us organise food when there was nothing nearby open late at night or early morning.
The Villa is truly beautiful, so peaceful, modern and well equipped and we only wish we had more time to spend there each day as we so enjoyed it. (We had business to attend to nearby each morning until late afternoon, otherwise we would have really just loved to stay and enjoy the pool and atmosphere all day long!)
The upstairs shower water pressure is very weak and very tepid, it would be good if this could be improved.
The construction work behind us was a bit distracting, but of course this will only be temporary and hopefully a wall or fence will go up there soon too.
The downstairs bedroom door was not sliding or locking very well, but we did let Komang know about this.
We had problems with the safe deposit box but Komang and her husband fixed this issue for us.
Be aware that there are not many shops or places to eat close by, and the roads are quite narrow and very busy so walking is a little scary at times! We used GoJek for food delivery but would shop at a market next time and make our own food as the Villa Kitchen is absolutely amazing!
