Great customer service, fast response. Very honest staff, I dropped my car keys and they returned it to me. The location is good, parking arrangement not free but affordable (RM15 a day), lots of convenience facilities (pool, gym, mart, cafes, restaurants, hairdresser, there's also art, beauty and fashion retail shops). Every time I see the housekeeper I asked for more toilet rolls (smallest rolls I've ever seen) and they happily provide.
Wifi was very slow, I had to use data from my phone as hotspot to work. The bed was too firm for my liking. The cooking equipment provided was not enough for basic food preparation and cooking (there's a pot but no frying pan), the cutlery were just enough for 2 people but there were sleeping capacity for 3 people. Small detail but worth noting. The snacks and disposable bath towels were not complimentary and it was not made clear. Adding all other costs, it is a bit on the pricey side.

The unresponsive Stuff, waited about one hours but still no one come to open the mailBox room for me, just expecting someone will open the Mail box room and I follow in.... Bad experience.
