I stayed here with my family of four for three weeks. It is a nice apartment (exactly like the pictures) on the fifth floor in a quiet part of Kamala. The views from the apartment are amazing. There is a small private pool on the roof which is a nice bonus. Fabien is the host. A friendly French guy who is very helpful and extremely happy to be living in Phuket. He is dealing with a lot of properties in Phuket so sometimes he comes across as short on whatsapp, but don't worry about that, he is very helpful and if you meet him in person he is very laid-back. Sometimes the electric boiler of one of the showers didn't work (this only happened two times during our stay of 3 weeks). You can easily fix that by switching off and switching on again the Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker (if I remember correcty it is the fifth from the left and you find it in the cupboard above the dinnertable). There were no other important issues as reported by someone else who stayed here in november 2025 (no issues with smell, cleanliness, damage or waterleakage).
There were some ants walking in lines on the wall in the direction of the kitchen. I think this is a problem everywhere during the season in Phuket. You can use ziplock bags for fooditems like nutella, honey and bread. You can also use insectide (Shieldtox) which kills the ants instantly. I didn't feel it as an issue because they only walked in lines on the walls near the kitchen and not anywhere else.
