The family hosts are wonderful and very accommodating.
The house is a convenient 15 min walk to Registan Square. It is very clean and newly renovated. The room is spacious and the bathroom modern.
Note: The room with two single beds has a window into the beautiful courtyard, as does the one with three beds. The room with a king size bed has a window into the alley between the two buildings and is a bit dark during the day. So if you plan on spending more time in the room, ask for the one with two beds! Again, the host is very accommodating.
We can highly recommend the place and would definitely come back.

Хозяин приветливый, внимательно выслушивает, на все вопросы отвечает.
В номере в целом есть все необходимое, чисто, все новое.
Фото на сайте соответствуют действительности.
Номер в новом корпусе с тремя кроватями я бы просторным не назвал , но нам места хватило.
Завтрак лаконичный: два вида блинов, сыр, колбаса, каша или яичница, помидоры/огурцы, чай/кофе. Фруктов/сухофруктов/орехов нет. Что-то похожее на десерт видели только в выходной.
Симпатичный внутренний зеленый дворик с милым котом Барсиком в комплекте.
Cтульев нет. Мини-холодильника тоже нет. И настенная вешалка для одежды тоже не помешала бы. Обещали, что со временем номер доукомплектуют.

Guest House parfaite pour visiter Samarcande. La chambre était propre et confortable, le jardin très agréable et le petit déjeuner très bon. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et leur aide pour organiser notre séjour. La guest house se situe à 10 min du Registan.

This was an immaculate and comfortable guest house with absolutely wonderful hosts. Highly recommend for a convenient, affordable, and comfortable stay in Samarkand. The room was spacious, super clean, well furnished and had a decent shower etc. We were really happy to pick Anor guest house. The host family were brilliant, available, and generous - although we didn't have a common language we both efficiently used translation apps and I felt the host kept us well informed and welcomed throughout our stay. Breakfast is good, made with real care. There is a mix of buffet and made-to-order food each morning, with nice quality ingredients. Location is good - right next to a mosque so an easy location for taxi, it is a short walk to the Registan Square and easy reach to other key sites. The hosts were so helpful on our day of departure, preparing us breakfast in lunch boxes for our early train ride. This looks like a new guest house and I truly think they are doing all the right things to be a long-term success, wishing them every luck!
