First and most importantly, everything was spotlessly clean!
The location is perfect! It’s just a 3-minute walk from Antamoma Beach, Kalamies Restaurant, and a few supermarkets, so everything you need is conveniently close by.
The outdoor space was really spacious and perfect for a group. We had a great time swimming, hanging out together, and using the BBQ facilities, which were excellent.
Inside, almost every bedroom had its own TV, which was a great bonus and gave everyone the privacy and space they needed, especially since we were a group of 7.
We had a fantastic stay and would definitely visit again! Highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience staying at this modern villa in Cyprus. The best feature is definitely the location – it’s only a short 5-minute walk to the beach, making it super easy to enjoy the sun and sea every day.
The villa itself is stylish, very clean, and well-maintained. The spacious garden with a private pool is ideal for relaxing or socializing, and the shaded patio area is great for both daytime and evening gatherings. Having a private parking space in the yard was also a big plus for us.
Inside, the villa is bright and comfortable. The living room is generously sized with plush sofas, a large TV, and a nice dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing meals just like at home. The bedrooms are tidy and furnished with quality linens and air conditioning, which was wonderful for the warm Cyprus weather.
This is an ideal choice for families or friends who want privacy, comfort, and close proximity to the sea. Highly recommended – we would definitely come back!
