Place was great, lovely staff and amenities.
The drive in from the main road was very tricky in a low profile car. The pictures did not depict how isolated the property was.

Sehr komfortables Resort in wunderbarer Natur direkt am Bolgoda See gelegen. Die Cabanas sind sehr groß, sind eigentlich Häuser. Sehr gemütliche Einrichtung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist gut. Sehr empfehlenswert für Naturliebhaber
Leider war an einem Feiertag eine große Gruppe tagsüber zum feiern da. Das war sehr laut. Anscheinend wird das Resort öfters am Wochenende tagsüber von Gruppen gebucht. Daher empfehle ich Ruhe suchenden entweder an Wochentagen zu kommen oder vorher nachzufragen. Dem Resort empfehle ich das bei der Buchung zu kommunizieren. Bei der Schlussrechnung wurde versucht zusätzlich 10% Servicegebühr zu berechnen. Auf Nachfrage wurde das korrigiert. Deswegen nur 8 Sterne, sonst klare 10

The resort was in a beautiful setting with lovely scenery and gardens and pool The beds were comfy with air con it was a very appealing place to stayI don't think I got my genius discount deal .the meals were excellent staff excellent
The shower taps did not work at all hard to wash The bathroom smelled musty due to mould in the timber walls mentioned remedy to management.persisted and stayed on the night.
I should have got discounted rate because of the above issues.cockroaches in shower area
