Received very clear instructions on how to get to the property, approximately 15 minutes tram ride from the Riga train station, as well as how to get keys. The studio apartment was fully equipped, with pans for cooking, a fully equipped bathroom (with multiple kinds of soap - a great touch for anyone who doesn't want overly flowery-smelling soap). With a grocery store 150 meters away, it was easy to stock up on breakfast and light dinner meals. A great property! If arriving from train from the north, you can get off the train at Zemitāni station and walk, if you don't have much luggage. It's not far - a bit more than a kilometer.
If you are a light sleeper, the tram line that runs on Miera iela might be a challenge, but any noise was limited by simply closing the windows. No problems, would happily stay here again when next in Riga.

The apartment had all of the useful utensils needed for cooking and everyday life. Everything was very clean and practical. The host was very clear with the instructions and answered any question that we had. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen has everything we needed, the bathroom was clean and very nice. Definitely a place I would book again.
