Es hat alles gepasst.

Es hat alles der Beschreibung entsprochen. Die Lage war sehr angenehm - schön ruhig, in der Natur und hat für unsere Zwecke gut gepasst. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit dort.

Die Ausstattung der Küche mit Plastikgeschirr, zu wenig Geschirrtücher, offene Packungen in der Küche als auch benutzte Zahnbürsten und andere Gegenstände im Badschrank

Baustellenflair allgemein, beim Objekt vieles leider nicht wie beschrieben, daher enttäuschend

- Vermieter sehr nett und bemüht - viele Ausflugstipps via WhatsApp - Küche sehr gut ausgestattet (reichlich Besteck und Geschirr, großer Kühlschrank mit TK, Gewürze, Öl, Tee, Kaffee, ... war bei uns alles vorhanden) - Geschirrspüler vorhanden inkl. Tabs (obwohl es nicht in der Beschreibung steht) - kleiner Garten mit "Naschobst", aus dem wir uns bedienen durften - ausfahrbares Sonnensegel auf der Terrasse - Sauna und Wellnessbereich (von uns nicht genutzt) - Grill vorhanden (von uns nicht genutzt) - Kanu vor Ort (aufblasbar, leicht zur Badestelle zu transportieren, Schwimmweste fürs Kind vorhanden) - viel Natur - kleines verschlafenes Dorf Trausnitz mit Burg in ca. 1 km Entfernung (Burg war leider nicht zu besichtigen, Dorfladen gut sortiert und deckt Dinge des täglichen Bedarfes erstaunlich gut ab, Öffnungszeiten kürzer als gewohnt - im Urlaub aber kein Problem, Landgasthof leider nur an wenigen Sonntagen im Jahr geöffnet) - Lage nicht direkt am Strand, aber ca. 100 m über Treppen gut erreichbar - große Liegewiese, Beachvolleyballfeld - Badeinsel - Biergarten auf der anderen Seite des Sees auf dem Berg (ca. 1,7 km Entfernung)

- wir (2 Erw/ 2 Ki) angereist mit Vorfreude auf überdurchschnittliches ("Luxus") Ferienhaus auf Campingplatz mit Restaurant, Wassersportmöglichkeiten, Reitmöglichkeiten, Kanufahren inkl. ... (alles gem. Beschreibung) - herbe Enttäuschung - Campingplatz ist aktive Baustelle (Baulärm Mo-Fr, Eröffnung Sommer 2026). - Ferienhaus-Bereich ist laufende Baustelle, teilweise sind Häuser fertig, teilweise Grundstücke unbebaut und alle Bauphasen dazwischen (gelegentlicher Baulärm am WE) - ab Tag 4 war Kanu vorhanden, kein sonstiger Wassersport, kein Reiten, ..., keine anderen Familien/ Kinder - See steinig (Badeschuhe!!!) und gehört zu Kraftwerk (Wasser wird 1-2 mal pro Tag um 1 bis 2 m hoch- bzw. heruntergepumpt) - Ferienhaus außen leider umrahmt von allerlei "Gerümpel" - nicht gerade zum Wohlfühlen - Haus selber weitestgehend i.O., aber weit weg von "Luxus", div. defekte Kleinigkeiten - OG: kleines Bad mit Doppelwaschtisch, Du, WC, Bidet - OG: 2 Schlafz. mit je 4 Einzelbetten ca. 30-35 cm hoch ab Fußboden (für ältere Gäste ggf. beschwerlich), je Zimmer 1 Schrank mit je 2 Fächern (1 davon in 1 Zimmer war belegt). Zu viert keine Platzprobleme, zu acht fehlt Stauraum, Fliegenfenster vorhanden, aber eines nicht ganz intakt, helle Rollos für etwas Verdunklung - EG: kleines Bad mit Du, WC, Bidet, Handwaschbecken, Wasserhahn aus Glas wenig appetitlich (sichtbarer Kalk, starke Algenbildung innen) - EG: kleine Küche, gut ausgestattet, kaum Stauraum für eigene Lebensmittel - EG: Wohn-/Essbereich: großer Tisch mit 8 Stühlen, 2 Sofas, keine Verdunklung mgl. - EG: Leinwand, Beamer, DVD/BluRay vorhanden, kein WLan (s. Beschreibung), AUCH KEIN TV oder Radio - Technik etwas eigenwillig, Bedienungsanleitung wäre von Vorteil (auch für Sauna/ Wellness) - Terrasse: Tisch und 2 Bänke für 6 Pers., 1 weitere Holzbank - 2 Sonnenstühle (Holz), keine Liegestühle/ Liegen - Verbesserungsvorschlag: Tipps für Ausflüge, wichtige Telefonnr.
