Exceptional

We enjoyed a lot the whole time staying at the camping. All could find activities according to interests. The chalet itself is very functional and cosy with all needed staff. The owner - Miranda - was really generous and easy-going, gave helpful tips concerning the whole camping. That was really nice holydays.

Vorsicht. Kein offizielles TerSpegelt Haus und sehr schlechter Zustand

Die Lage innerhalb des Parks war gut, direkt in der Nähe des Supermarktes, Bowling und Restaurant. Wer lieber am See bzw Schwimmbad und den dortigen Restaurants sein will, müsste genau auf der anderen Seite vom Park buchen. Für uns war das aber gut ----- hier noch Teil 2 aus dem negativen Teil, da die Zeichen leider begrenzt sind und wir schon ein Menge gekürzt haben (wir hätten sonst noch sehr viel zu sagen): Wir haben uns nach einer Nacht entschlossen, uns innerhalb des Parks eine andere - offizielle - Unterkunft zu buchen. Seitens Vermieterin gab es keinerlei Entgegenkommen und seitens Booking leider auch keine Hilfe. Das "Entgegenkommen" der Vermieterin war, dass wir die paar Kurtaxe nicht zahlen müssten und uns für 25€ einen Ofen im Action kaufen können und sie nochmal die Putzfrau schicken würde. Das war für Booking ausreichend, um unseren Fall zu schließen.

Wir sind als Familie mit 3 Kindern (7J, 5J und 3J) gereist. Wir haben fälschlicherweise in dem Glauben gebucht, dass wir ein offizielles Haus vom Park Terspegelt buchen. Das war nicht der Fall. HIER HANDELT ES SICH UM EINEN PRIVATEN ANBIETER, DER SEIN HAUS VERMIETET. Wir fahren mehrmals im Jahr in Ferienparks und kennen entsprechend verschiedene Standards und sind genügsam. Doch dieses Haus hat keine unserer Erwartungen erfüllt. - Der Hauseingang hat keine Treppe und befindet sich ca. 50-60cm über dem Boden. Also nichts für kleine Kinder. - Die Terrasse, die gleichzeitig auch das Wohn- und Esszimmer bildet, befindet außerhalb des Hauses und ist mit einer Plastikhülle ummantelt. Das bedeutet, dass es abends sehr kalt war und tagsüber extrem heiß ist. - Das Haus ist extrem klein – Das Schlimmste: Das Haus ist ungepflegt. Es ist alt und das merkt man an allen Ecken. Alle Schalter und was man anfassen muss, ist vergilbt und fleckig. An fast jeder Wand befinden sich irgendwelche Flecken. Teilweise Schimmel. Im Schlafzimmer wurde seit Monate, wenn nicht Jahren, nicht mehr hinter dem Bett sauber gemacht. Wir fanden dort altes Nasenspray, Verpackungsmüll und Staub. - Die Toilette war winzig. - das Kinderzimmer sehr klein, vielleicht 3-4qm. Es bestand aus einem uraltem Metall-Doppeltbett. Als wir dort ankamen, haben wir die Vermieterin kontaktiert und ihr unsere Situation geschildert. Eins vorweg: Die Kommunikation war okay. Aber Probleme wurde nur abgewiegelt. Auf das Kinderzimmer angesprochen, sagte sie, dass es noch ein Gartenhaus gebe, wo die Kinder schlafen können. Die ist jedoch räumlich vom Haupthaus getrennt. Ein No-Go. Erstens hat das Gartenhaus keine Heizung. Und Zweitens würde es bedeuten, dass die Kinder dann in einem Gebäude schlafen, welche für Fremde frei zugänglich wäre ODER man schließt sie dort ein und sie kämen im Notfall dort nicht raus. Großes Problem: Es gibt keine richtigen Heizungen in diesem Haus. Nur 2 Heizöfen, mit denen man nachts auskommen muss

De accommodatie was prima. Zeker de voortent was heel fijn met grote tafel en extra koelkast en zitje met tv. En de airco was fijn.

De bedden waren opzicht prima. Alleen van het stapelbed waren wel wat verouderd.

Es war alles da was man brauchte. Auf dem Platz sind viele Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen die Kinder 8-10 Jahre waren immer unterwegs.
