Very nice and very clean place just 150 m to the sea. The sea nearby is very clean and calm. It has two big balconies, one with nice seaview, the other faces to the street. House is wide enough. Up to six people can fit easily. 2 bedroom also have a seaview. It has everything you may need. It doesn’t have a parking lot but you can find a place to park easily in the street nearby. House owner is really nice and open to communicate, he was ready to help. It has hot water 24/7. Great price and value range. Appropriate for family or group of friends accommodation.
The double bed was quite uncomfortable, it may need to be renewed.
The washing machine was broken. It was not rinsing and spin drying. When I told this to owner he offered me to send a repairman but we didn’t want and make it a problem since we will not need to wash clothes often.
The shower cabin was nice but it doesn’t have a door. And the shower head is not comfortable to shower, it cant be fixed in the shower head holder.Thus when you take shower everywhere in bath get wet.

The apartment was nice and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. The sea view from the balcony was great. We really enjoyed our stay!

We chose this property because we were traveling with our pet, and it was a great choice for that reason.
The location is very close to the sea. The beach is more like a public, natural beach without any facilities, but the sea itself is absolutely wonderful. There are a few bakeries and tavernas nearby, and a supermarket is also within a reasonable walking distance.
The bedrooms have air conditioning, the bed linens were clean, and with the windows closed, we could not hear any noise from outside.
One thing to keep in mind is that there is no town center or promenade nearby for an evening stroll. If you like going out in the evening, walking around, and having shops and restaurants within easy reach, you may want to look for accommodation around Nea Peramos Bay instead.
Overall, we especially enjoyed the beautiful sea and the pet-friendly environment.
There are a few things that could be improved. Overall, I think the property would benefit from a general renovation and some maintenance.
Hopefully, by the time of your stay, the shower cabin door will have been replaced, as it was missing during our visit. The bathroom floor also tends to stay wet for quite a long time and does not dry easily.
The beds were unfortunately not very comfortable for us, and the refrigerator was quite noisy.
If you are planning to work remotely during your stay, it is also worth noting that the internet connection was not particularly fast.
I hope these points are helpful, as addressing them would make the stay much more comfortable for future guests.
