Everything you need inside a house. Fairly good price.
The area is a bit rough with occasional junkies or loud people passing through the neighbourhood ( I had no interaction while wandering for shops, I just observed their presence!). There is only 1 Premier shop within walking distance, nothing else. You need either driving or delivery for grocery. Weak phone signal, occasionally no connection. Garbage bins in front of the house entrance and the windows from the ground floor.
