Central location with amazing ocean views! Beach and shops are a minute away. Building is well maintained, and the apartment itself is spacious, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the building's pool. Friendly and attentive service from Host's real estate agent who was a great help in ensuring that the building's receptionist reset my key. We would love to stay here again.
When my key wasn't working, I contacted the agent who instructed me to I speak with the building receptionist downstairs to reset the key. When I did so, the receptionist very quickly dismissed me and told me I had to speak to the Host's real estate agent as the property is not managed by them. I had to walk a few minutes to the agent's office, only to be told that the building receptionist has the facilities to reset the key and the agent walked back to the building with me with legal paperwork to produce as evidence of the building's receptionist's obligation to assist. This whole process took quite a bit of time and was quite awkward dealing with the building receptionist. She did help and was friendlier in the end but her tone and body language in the beginning wasn't very pleasant to say the least.
