5 mins to Nambu Terminal Station, great eateries near the apartment, modern with excellent additions like the steaming wardrobe for clothes.
Took me a while to figure out the garbage despite the instructions as I was unsure what to do with food as different from general and recycling trash.

Clean high tech apartment
No cleaning included even when we stayed there for 12 nights you have to pay for that , bed is too small for western people, everything is in Korean so it will take time to find out how everything works, no reception communication is by mail only, you have to dump your trash in a far away basement by elevator, only 2 elevators long waiting time…

Nice clean apartment high tech
Everything is in Korean so took some time to find out how everything works as all is high tech. There is no reception so not easy to communicate. Bed is small and uncomfortable is Korean size only not for Europeans. You hear the neighbors walking on the floor above even at night

Location
The property isn’t suitable for long term stay as they remove incentives for long term stay over one or two nights stay.
What I struggled to understand is their insistence on “we provide over night supplies and if you need anything more you must purchase”. This seems to overly penalised people who stay more than one or two nights. For example we stayed 12 nights and asking for extra toilet papers or towels were extra cost. Not to mention cleaning was extra cost.
We ended up buying extra toilet papers (one giant at) from nearby supermarket (as we couldn’t find smaller quantity). We asked for extra shower towels as we were given only two which is grossly inadequate for 12 nights stay. After several back and forth “you must purchase extra” we were given extra hand towels. No shower towels just extra hand towels.
Half way through we were locked of door- the key code was expired and we weren’t informed about it. We of course panicked and frantically got in touch with the operator and got the help but not an ideal to be locked out while you’re out and about doing things. We didn’t make a big deal out of it but another frustrating element about this accommodation.
Still unsure why wouldn’t they appreciate customers who are paying for 12 night accomodation over one or two nights where they might have to clean up reset rooms each time guests check out, not to mention any period of no occupancy.
