L'hôte n'est pas HOLIDU, qui n'est qu'un intermédiaire et ne répond pas au téléphone le dimanche (standard automatique).
Les coordonnées données par Booking ne permettaient donc pas de joindre le propriétaire. Il a fallu se débrouiller avec le voisinage et Google Earth.

Manque quelques équipements de cuisine et la propreté pourrait être améliorée mais la réactivité des propriétaires pour des soucis de serrure ou des pbs de clim compense largement

Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, and we had a fantastic stay. The house had everything we needed + shower gel, shampoo, a very good hairdryer, a washing machine with laundry detergent and fabric softener.
The beds were 10/10 comfortable and both were very large – I would say king-size. We slept really well.
The courtyard was amazing, and the pool was perfectly clean. At first, we were slightly worried because the house is divided into three parts – one rented to other guests, one for us, and one where the host lives with his wife, right next door. But this was absolutely not a problem. The courtyard was completely free almost all the time, and during our five-night stay we only saw the hosts a couple of times by chance. We felt completely private and undisturbed.
The key could be collected from a lockbox on the wall, which made check-in very easy and convenient.
The host was incredibly helpful, kind-hearted, with great experience and manners. We accidentally went to the wrong Rafaela’s House, and after our taxi had already left, we were stuck there with our suitcases and no transport or bus nearby. The host actually came to pick us up and helped us out, which we really appreciated.
He also gave us excellent recommendations and helped organise taxis, including contacts for nearby and cheaper options. We especially recommend Yannis restaurant in Koskinou. For transport, we rented quad bikes from Elephant Rent in Faliraki, which was relatively close and worked very well for us.
The whole place genuinely gave us the feeling of staying in a villa, and we really loved it.
Transport required, otherwise you're really restricted from activities.
The air conditioning does not really reach the second floor, so upstairs can get really hot. Sleeping without covers made it manageable for us. Also, after staying in Rhodes Old Town, the location initially felt a little like being in the middle of nowhere, so having your own transport is definitely useful.
