The apartment was spacious and luxurious. Located around the corner of Piazza San Carlo, it is the perfect accommodation for a city trip to Turin. All interaction with the staff was virtual (as well as the entry system) but it nevertheless felt personal with direct communication through WhatsApp.They even offered us a complementary early check-in.
I can’t come up with an negative points.

The heating didnt seem to work properly, despite being able to adjust, the thermostat continued to raise itself to 20.8 degrees. The room has a window, but a large one on the ground floor that opens to the square accessible by all other apartments, so one doesnt leave it open due to noise etc.
