Good apartment for a stop in Hanover !

Easy communication with the host, Great location, easy to park, secure, clean and spacious apartment, amazing for a family of 5 because there were 2 separate bedrooms and more than enough beds!

Because of the warm temperatures we got really hot, slept with the windows open but the streets were not really quiet. The bathtub barrier had a hole in it.

Fantastic location, rental overpriced for condition it is in.

Liked the location of the rental property. The apartment was clean, a washer was a blessing to have.

Overall, the property is in need of a thorough renovation. The couches in the living room are so low you might as well sit on the floor. The kitchen was not very well equipped, not enough dishes. The coffee maker did not work, the landlord was contacted regarding this, but no response. The cabinets are very outdated. There was still an open bottle of wine left by the previous renter. The shower enclosure has a hole in it and needs to be replaced. The rest of a bar of soap from a previous renter was still left on the edge of the bathtub. The parking is not at all convenient and not on site.

Good for group of young people

Very good location. Right in the heart of the Old Center. The washing machine with dryer was a plus, especially if you are in the middle of the trip. The mattresses seem low cost but quite comfortable.

I arrived late in the evening and the owner was waiting for me in front of the gate, so check-in was very easy. The first night I couldn't rest at all because there is a bar under the apartment and there was noise until about 1, 2 in the morning. I felt as if I was sleeping on chairs in a bar and the youngest child was very disturbed. The next day I didn't have internet until lunch and it was frustrating because I needed it. The towels smelled as if they had been dried in a humid environment but the owner was nice and replaced them but after that the blue color remained on the skin. After I told him that it was noisy at night, he talked to the owner of the bar and the sound was reduced, but it's not like sleeping in peace. The bedding is made of synthetic materials and of poor quality. In conclusion, it is a good place to stay more for groups of young people who spend until late at night, the apartament has many places to sleep. If they would replace the towels and bedclothes (they should be hotel ones), the stay would be much more pleasant.

Es handelt sich um eine recht große Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer, einer Küche, einem Bad, einem Flur und einem Balkon. Fernseher, Ventilator, Fön, Waschmaschine etc. sind vorhanden. Wohnung und Wäsche waren sauber! Der Vermieter machte einen freundlichen Eindruck.

Der Zugang zur Wohnung über ein Garagentor, einen dunklen und unaufgeräumten Hinterhof sowie eine einfache Holztreppe. Offensichtliche und unbehobene Mängel in der Wohnung.
