Firstly, the host is the most amazing one. She is very proactive that she reaches out to the guests well before they arrive. In fact, soon after the booking, she reaches out the guests and offers to answer any questions that the guests may have. She is very prompt in responding. She even helped us book the porters to move us from the dock area to the house upon arrival and eve during the departure. She definitely goes an extra mile without one asking for.
The property is also located in a nice area. It is about 15 minutes of uphill walking, but that is what makes it charming — away from all the noise and crowds. It is also on the way to Valle delle Fiorere. House is very clean and has all the necessary facilities and equipment. The only thing that the guests need to know, for those who are looking for step counts to the apartment, it is probably around 12 to 15. Nothing big at all.
I would stay in this place anytime, without thinking twice -if not for anything else- how a wonderful host the place has.

Ottima pulizia, casa moderna e ben attrezzata. Ottima accoglienza ed indicazioni da parte della sig.ra Laura che gestisce le prenotazioni..Proprietario gentilissimo ci ha donato anche dei limoni di sua produzione.
La posizione è buona, a pochi minuti dal centro, per chi ha difficoltà di movimento, da tenere presente che gli ultimi 5
0 metri sono in salita (abbastanza ripida)

Nice and very local flavor accomodation. The road to the location is very lean, only 35m above sea level, no steps to climb. Very good location and on your way from the beach to the apartment, you can buy nice food from locals, like mozzarella, prosciutto and other italian delicatese, to be served as breakfast or other. The apartment is very nice, we enjoyed it a lot, it has 2 bedrooms with big bed in each room, a nice bathroom, a nice equiped kitchen with table and sofa area.

Es un alojamiento muy bonito, amplio, limpio, moderno con muchos detalles y céntrico. La propietaria muy amable, nos facilitó mucha información de todo tipo, turismo, restaurantes, transportes y la facilidad de comunicarse con ella fácilmente y disponible si necesitábamos algo. Teníamos café, tes, colacao, aceite y demás cosas, aparte también tuvo el detalle de dejarnos diferentes tipo de bebidas para disfrutar. Muy Recomendable.
Nos gustó todo.
