Clé de porte de parking ne fonctionne pas et même problème chez autres personnes restent derrière la porte jusqu'à l'arrivé de quelqu'un d'autre pour l'ouvrir

Very spacious and there was a lift to the apartment
Near to bus stops and supermarkets and a short walk to the beach
It hadn’t been cleaned properly
So we washed the floors when we arrived and the washing machine was unusable until somebody came and fixed it a few days later
You are asked to take out insurance against breakage it would’ve been nice if they had taken the broken stuff out of the apartment before we arrived. I sent pictures to the company but they didn’t seem that interested.
Told them the Tv wasn’t working but no one came to fix it
Also could have done with more utensils in the kitchen

It’s a lovely property and it’s very spacious and it’s local to shops and some restaurants it’s also walking distance to a really nice beach
We had no hot water for the first 3 days and no one was able to help with that during the weekend we then had to wait in for the maintenance man as he didn’t have a key!
On are first morning the pool was closed because the lifeguard did not show up till 2pm
The lifeguard rarely looks up from he’s phone!
There was ants in the bedroom cupboard
We have all come home with bites all over are bodies !
The hoover smelt so bad so we was unable to use it
The hairdryer smelt like it was going to blow up
On the 1st September the gate code changed and we was not told so we was locked out for a while
We was approached by a resident and told by her that are young child were not allowed to use their floats in the pool! Parts of the pool are very deep which we tried to explain to her! She then told us we shouldn’t be in the pool as the children in her opinion are loud and that the residents there are trying to rest! It was 3pm at this time
