The high rating of the apartment is justified, everything is new and modern and feels like a really nice home.
I'm a light sleeper and it was totally quiet, the apartment is facing the inside and the windows block out everything, noise and light.
Air conditioning is very good.
It's not far from attiki station, but make sure to exit at the correct exit, if not it becomes quite far.
It's also easy to do laundry, there's a lot of wind in the balcony and my clothes dried in a few hours.
I would've liked 100% cotton sheets, the stretchy material is not comfortable. Also a better bed with springs would've been nice.
Attiki is a bit far from the center, also there's a land rail crossing on the way which can add up several minutes to the commute.
These are pretty minor though, I had good sleep and that's the most important thing.

This is my second stay in the apartment. Same as in November '25, everything was perfect. Very clean, all things needed for few days (even longer) stay. Great location, 5 minutes walk ti next metro station Attiki, with many small eating places nearby. I have my accommodation in Athens for years to come
