stayed there for a longer period with my family and it was very wonderful
very nice location
kriopigi is a balanced town
if you go down to the beach and walk 200m in the south you will find i think the best water in the area
yes all the problems that others said are there but if you don't make a big problem out of them, it won't affect you.

We really enjoyed our stay at under the stars. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. The views from the house are wonderful. We really enjoyed sitting out on the terrace or on one of the balconies. It was a very peaceful area. The beach near to the house (a walk down a steep hill) was lovely. We had the whole beach to ourselves one evening. It was great to have aircon too.
The only thing we didn't like was the floor between the top bedroom and the bedrooms below was very thin. So there was no sound proofing.
