Every part of our stay was lovely, property was very comfy able and had all the necessities needed and more! Our bedroom with the balcony was beautifully decorated in fact all the rooms we used were actually! Lovely little links to the seaside! Loved the added extras of providing beach towels and the comfy dressing gowns! Kitchen/living space was beautifully laid out, loved the board games. Can’t not mention the hottub! The private decking and the hottub was well maintained. Hottub was luxary!

Loved everything of this property and friendly staff/very helpful, with any problems you have etc.. Was perfect for my birthday.
Beautiful food places near by too :)
Area was run down (Scarborough) but nice places if you research well..
Taxis was expensive for down the road trips,

Great location near the historic castle we travelled for a gig at open air theatre so it was great we could walk there and back , amazing views and hot tub was a real bonus , parking permits were appreciated and great value for 3 couples sharing worked out much cheaper than a travel lodge for 3 rooms about half the price ! plus a hot tub , friendly staff and choice of great food and amenities we have already rebooked for next year

The decor was lovely and it was very clean, fantastic views from the bedroom
Too many steps, toilet downstairs, bedroom upstairs and a long walk to hot tub and a few fiddly locks to get past
