Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist fantastisch – morgens beim Frühstück auf das Wasser zu schauen, war jeden Tag etwas Besonderes. Das Grundstück ist riesig, sehr ruhig und bietet unglaublich viel Platz. Auch der große Meerwasser-Pool war ein echtes Highlight.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Adi, den Verwalter. Er war jederzeit nur eine WhatsApp entfernt und hat sich wirklich um alles gekümmert. Er hat für uns eingekauft, Besorgungen gemacht, Dinge organisiert und war dabei immer unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. So einen Service erlebt man nicht oft.
Das Haus und die Anlage haben unglaublich viel Charme, allerdings merkt man an einigen Stellen, dass kleinere Investitionen und Reparaturen notwendig wären. Beispielsweise könnten einige Toilettensitze ausgetauscht und verschiedene Kleinigkeiten instand gesetzt werden. Nichts davon hat unseren Aufenthalt ernsthaft beeinträchtigt, aber mit etwas mehr laufender Pflege könnte die Unterkunft noch einmal deutlich gewinnen.

The property was amazing cute beach, next to running path, beautiful tent, they set up breakfast by the ocean, they offer massages and we were able to walk to get one down the street. Lots of room.
Nothing, they are friendly delivered scooters quickly. They planned our next day and took care of everything - ferry transfers, a guide to Nusa Penida. They made it easy!!

The sunsets by the pool were absolutely stunning, creating a perfect, relaxing atmosphere. It’s a feel-good spot where you can truly unwind and enjoy the surroundings.
I had a disappointing experience at this place. I encountered cockroaches, and the maintenance was clearly lacking. My biggest issue, however, was the internet. I specifically told the manager that I absolutely needed a reliable connection, and they assured me they had Starlink installed—but for some reason, they couldn’t use it. Two days later, I discovered on my own that the villa next door (which is part of the same complex) had much better internet. The manager didn’t even think to offer this solution. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
