The place was quiet. Staff was very accomodating. The room was exceptional for a reasonable price. The amenities were great. Overall it was a great holiday.
It was away from town, so do not expect to find a lot of eateries. However Grab car was super easy and their restaurant was pretty decent

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast spread. Big rooms, excellent for family stays. Tastefully decorated and sheltered car park.
In a residential area where lanes are narrow, and totally dependent on Waze to locate the property.

The staffs are mostly very friendly and helpful. It's unfortunate that I couldn't remember all their names but Niim, was an incredible help. The bed was so comfortable, I could sleep forever. But sleeping forever is also dangerous, if you know what I mean. Breakfast food spread was pretty basic but any food in Thailand is delicious!
One, the location isn't as convenient or "exceptional" as mentioned on Booking.com. It's quite far from central. Pretty secluded and there wasn't anything much around the area. Transportation is not a problem, though. Two, the staffs who welcomed us... They could've been trained better. Very little knowledge of room availability; and low standard of communication skills. E.g: Give options to make things easier for your guests, instead of a definite "no", "i don't know", etc. Three, someone from the hotel could have at least told us there were a bunch of cops booking the whole area, hogging all tables for their gathering which led paying guests to have our breakfast in a very tight space. Understandable but shouldn't paying guests be a priority too? Last but not least, if you are one who does not mind swimming in a pool of murky water caused by guests who wear whole cotton t shirts and pants to swim, surrounded by screaming children while their parents are scrolling down Instagram/Tik Tok not controlling the kids, then this place is perfectly for you.
